Media Cabinet

What is the Media Cabinet?

The Media Cabinet using the Crestron system are slightly different than the Media Cabinets found in other computer classrooms. It consists of an Crestron LCD controller which is directly connected to a projector and several AV devices or inputs. The Media Cabinet allows you display the image from the instructor's computer, a laptop, the DVD/VHS player, or an external AV device on the projector screen. The Media Cabinet also allows you to connect your laptop to the network (which can also be accomplished wirelessly). The Media Cabinets installed in the computer classrooms are very similar to those installed in lecture halls on campus.

Note: If you have any problems or questions, please ask the Computer Room Consultant (CRC) on duty for help.
